Houou Gakuen Misoragumi ("Houou High School Misoragumi") by Aki Arata 2 volumes-ongoing

Kei dreams of been surrounded by flowers but her mom tried to "fix" her by doing exactly the opposite. Very vague right? Think 'Hana Kimi' in reverse. Saw this from reverse harem MAL.
