Uta no Prince-Sama The Movie: Maji: LOVE Kingdom has earned 1,609,000,000 yen from 1,026,926 tickets as of August 26. It reached 1 million tickets by August 23 and 1 billion yen gross by August 26. To commemorate the anime character designer Maki Fujika has released an illustration. The film has become the eight top-grossing animation film for the year so far.
