To All The Boys I've Loved Before # 1 (ongoing) by Jenny Han
Lara Jean Song always writes farewell letters to the boys she once liked/loved as a way to close her one-sided, imaginary final chapter before moving on with her life. But suddenly the letters were mailed to all the five boys!
I first saw this being given away in dramabeans. (The heroine and the author are Korean-American so it figures that a copy was given to the kdrama site). And the sirens in my head went off when I saw the title and read the plot. We have to wait for book two though, "P.S. I Love You", if it will become a full-blown reverse harem. But if my hunch is right, I get this feeling it will be. I'm really dying to know what happens next.
They say not to judge the book by it's cover. But the very cute and girly cover gives justice to it's contents. I don't know maybe I just haven't read this type of romance for ages. It's a light reading with sweet vibe. Not too angsty or over-the-top melodrama. Just the right amount of chill. I also love her relationship with her sisters. I always imagine what would it be like to grow up with sisters. The writer is going to visit our country in June and I hope I can make it to the event.
Hi! Is this a book bought online? or is it available on bookstores? Same with the C.L. Stones book you have reviewed. Where could I find those books?
ReplyDeleteTATBILB is available in bookstores. CL Stone's 1st book is available for free in Amazon. Only the 1st two are in paperback (but it's not available in my country), the rest you have to buy online.
