Angelique Collet, a queen of a new universe, meets the reincarnation of Arios who has lost his memories. Very vague right? I thought if I completed the prequel I would have a background for this. It's only after watching "Beloved Angelique ~ When Hearts Awaken" that it made a bit of sense. So I rewatched it. The timeline of "White Wing Memoirs" is between the "Angelique Prequel" and "Beloved Angelique~WHA". They would recognize Arios in the latter OVA but his past as explained by the Queen of the Holy Beast made me more confused. The additional characters from the game: Charlie, Timka, Victor, Sei-Lan, Ernst and Mel, are introduced in this anime.

The anime picks up after the end of 'Tenkuu no Requiem' game. The cosmos of Angelique Limoges are under the attack of Arcadia headed by Arios' alter-ego, Emperor Leviath. Angelique Collet comes in to help in the game.

There are multiple possible endings in otomes that in animes the heroine doesn't choose anyone such as the cases in "Angelique", "La Corda d'Oro" and "Harukanara". In Angelique, the heroines all have the similar names, personalities and almost always fall for the anti-hero types.

Kiskis! My Boyfriend are Mint Candies!- 4 episodes Tang Tang meet guys who each represent a flavor of mint candies. It has a catchy, cute opening. At first there's a different feel on it which I can't pinpoint. And then I realized that they are talking in Chinese! This is my first completed Chinese animation. Well since it was way too easy to finish it. It's 5-minute ONA for 4 episodes. I think this premiered last June 4. But the first Chinese animation I watched is still currently airing (unconfirmed reverse harem), Phantom in the Twilight, which is a collaboration between Japan and China. Oh back to back Chinese reviews after The Flame's Daughter. Is China going to be booming with reverse harem now?

Let's start with the classification of reverse harem-ness. This is for my sake too if in case I run off course again. 1. Five Flowers - This is literally reverse harem. I Have Three Boyfriends kdrama- 10 episodes The story starts with Ra Hee going on a date after another with her three boyfriends. She's frantically trying not to get caught. The drama will unravel how she got herself into this dilemma. This is the first reverse harem I've seen about cheating female main character. Certainly, this is bound to happen in reverse harem. BTW, My favorite boyfriend is the domineering director. It was not believable at first but it got me hooked. The story is milking the coincidences to the hilt. The ending is unexpected and here all along I was under the impression that it's going to be open-ended. Sorry, to keep this review short as it's a short drama with 15 minutes runtime per episode.
