Fushigi Yugi (The Mysterious Play or Curious Play) by Yuu Watase 18 volumes-completed Miaka opens a mysterious book that transports her to different universe with Four Gods. She becomes the maiden tasked to gather the seven guardians of the deity, Suzaku.

Meteor Garden will have a remake in 2018. This was announced on the 16th year anniversary of it's airing in Taiwan. The same producer, Angie Chai, will also helm the planned remake. At her new school, however, she finds that her class is comprised solely of guys. On top of that, five mischievous boys from her class have taken a liking to her.
