Kiss Him, Not Me (Watashi ga Motete Dousu n da)- 12 episodes
Kae Serinuma is a well-rounded fujoshi. But then her favorite character dies making her lose weight. Her previous male acquaintances suddenly see her in a different light but problem is, she's not interested with the boys. She is more into shipping boys with other boys.
This is the anime that is closest to reminding me of Ouran High School Host Club with the anything goes style in highschool and with the otaku related activities which make it more relatable. I also learned a lot such as the difference in shipping of whose character is more dominant.
It's been a long time since I watched a shoujo highschool anime sans supernatural or fantasy elements. Its fun, laidback and easy to watch. Meanwhile for my favorite bishie, turns out he'll have the sweetest development of 'em all.
This is a first in history in reverse harem anime with a busty heroine. In Mangaupdates, they lump harem and reverse harem together. Without looking at the synopsis, you'll notice right away if it's harem, if the girl/s is busty. Meanwhile for reverse harem. the fastest indicator is the very beautiful boy/s. Well-endowed heroines are also more prevalent in reverse harem books while in mangas the only thing that comes to mind is, Tokyo Crazy Paradise.
I wish I could lose weight that easily. Sigh! I also like it that they still tackled the weight issue as a factor for their feelings for her. You may also want to check out Love Revo which is about weight loss too. This also reminds me to try the moetivational app, Burn Your Fat With Me. Let's see if it will be effective. (ノ。≧◇≦)ノ

I chose this because I need a tenth anime and if a better anime comes along (I'm looking at you certain otome reincarnation anime) this anime would be the first to go. Or maybe La Corda. Or Maybe Maid Sama?? I don't know we'll cross the bridge when we get there. I'm not looking to rewatch or to read the manga but then again never say never... I'm not saying it's bad, it's really fun! It reminds me of Ouran because of the otaku details and the randomness or anything goes episodes. Plus I love the fact there's a character who still loves her even with her original weight. The reason I might not be too keen is that the story lacked depth or conflict...I don't know but it was super refreshing to watch this from the usual otome game adaptations. And it was only recently announced that there will be live-action movie.
