News Round Up: To All The Boys I've Loved Before sequel, B-Project trailer and visuals and MORE!

Netflix and Paramount are in talks for a deal and one of the first movies being discussed is the sequel to To All The Boys I've Loved Before. More information on Hollywood Reporter.

B-project trailer, visuals and cast/staff are now up. There will be a pre-screening event of the first episode on December 23 with a talk show with the voice actors. More information on CR. There's a countdown calendar too with goodies like wallpapers and icons on the official site.

Yuki Kare creates new oneshot, "Kiniro no Corda Tokubetsu-hen" (La Corda d'Oro Special Part). The characters from the first and third game meets in an island. The story will appear in Lala's March issue this January 24. More information on ANN.

Here are the two visuals, from Kagekiha Stage DamePri Dame Ōji vs Perfect Guy. The play will have two different endings: the love and dame routes as shown in the above visuals. In two of the performances, the audience can high five with the cast. It will run from December 1 to 9. More information on ANN.

Yumi Tamara's manga, Basara, will have stageplay titled, Basara Gaiden ~ KATANA Niji no Hanashi -Ginnan- (Basara Side Story ~ KATANA Rainbow Story -Ginkgo Nut-. It will run from January 25 to 28. More information on ANN.

Kiskis! My Boyfriend are Mint Candies!- 4 episodes Tang Tang meet guys who each represent a flavor of mint candies. It has a catchy, cute opening. At first there's a different feel on it which I can't pinpoint. And then I realized that they are talking in Chinese! This is my first completed Chinese animation. Well since it was way too easy to finish it. It's 5-minute ONA for 4 episodes. I think this premiered last June 4. But the first Chinese animation I watched is still currently airing (unconfirmed reverse harem), Phantom in the Twilight, which is a collaboration between Japan and China. Oh back to back Chinese reviews after The Flame's Daughter. Is China going to be booming with reverse harem now?

Anyway, I'm Falling In Love With You Vol. 1 by Haruka Mitsui Mizuho grew up with her friends in Koigama Highland. The springtime of her youth awaits her as she turns seventeen. Drama Review: I Have Three Boyfriends

I Have Three Boyfriends kdrama- 10 episodes The story starts with Ra Hee going on a date after another with her three boyfriends. She's frantically trying not to get caught. The drama will unravel how she got herself into this dilemma. This is the first reverse harem I've seen about cheating female main character. Certainly, this is bound to happen in reverse harem. BTW, My favorite boyfriend is the domineering director. It was not believable at first but it got me hooked. The story is milking the coincidences to the hilt. The ending is unexpected and here all along I was under the impression that it's going to be open-ended. Sorry, to keep this review short as it's a short drama with 15 minutes runtime per episode. I was flexible with many titles where it's only one or two guys interested in the female protagonist and other gray areas. But we are now at a point where I can be strict with labeling reverse harem. Let's start with the classification of reverse harem-ness. This is for my sake too if in case I run off course again. 1. Five Flowers - This is literally reverse harem. The heroine has a harem of her own in her inner chamber. And we only have one example for this, manga and drama, Ooku. UPDATE: Please check STAGES OF REVERSE HAREM for more examples.

Manga Review: Futei de Furachi na Ani desu ga

Futei de Furachi na Ani desu ga (My Handsome Brothers) by Yuki Shiraishi 5 chapters (complete) Ayumu feels like a goose with her clingy and school's popular Shiratora brothers. Only 1 chapter is available so far. I wonder if the scanlators meant duckling. Anyway, the animal reference is not something new since it's from the same mangaka who wrote other two reverse harems: Ookamidomo no Shitsukekata (wolves) and Bokura no Himitsu wo Kyouyuu shiyou ka (animal love story) . I don't remember really liking her art before but I sure do now.
