Akane is emotionally confused with her burdens and finds solace from a guy who doesn't remember his past. I liked this movie among all the Harukanaru animes that I've seen. Akane has the history of falling for the wrong guy and being oblivious to her doting Hachiyos. Watch out for the epilogue after the credits which is reminiscent of the ending of the opening of 'Sainunkoku Monogatari' . Am I confusing you? hehe

By ayreesa "Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3" (" In a Distant Time 3: Crimson Moon") - 1 hr anime special Nozomi is a highschool girl brought forth as the White Priestess Dragon to end the never-ending war between the Genjis and Heikes. This anime special was released last December and is based on the third game 'Harukanaru Toki no Naka de' 3. This story is a bit confusing since I didn't have any background of the game. I think some of them are the reincarnations of the characters from the anime series. Like the original story, Nozomi was transported to Kyo with two of her male friends, the Arikawa brothers and then finds herself surrounded with Hachiyos of different flavors, I mean personalities. But unlike the first anime version, she can kick ass and there is also a bit of a twist. The special ended in a cliffhanger so there will be obviously a continuation but I don't know when.

By ayreesa "Full House Kiss" by Yuuba Shiori 5 volumes-ongoing Suzuhara is desperate to get clues about her missing sister that she worked as a maid and a clueless art teacher to gain entry to the prestigious school. The story is similar to "Dakedo Happy Paradise", "The Wallflower" and "Crimson Hero" (future blog entry :P), about a girl tasked with household chores for elite students who are conveniently the resident hunks of the campus. The manga also comes with an otome PS2 version. No review yet as the scans are for a few chapters only.

By ayreesa Im getting bored with SM, hopefully the next arc will reawaken my spirits. At the current rate Crystalis is subbing, our Mondays will be fully booked until June or July. Thank God it's Monday! I will post again once season 2 is complete.

"Dakedo Happii Paradaisu" ("Dakedo Happy Paradise") by Takarada Iyo 2 volumes Ruu's father ran away from debts, forcing her to apply as a maid to the Hiura brothers. Nothing happened to the story. Really. The pacing was so slow. The story was not fully explored and then it abruptly ended after two volumes.
