"Hana-Kimi," or "For You in Full Blossom," tells the story of Mizuki Ashiya, a Japanese girl living in the US who admires high jumper Izumi Sano. Mizuki transfers to his all-boys high school in Japan, Osaka Gakuen, disguised as a boy, to be closer to him. She becomes his roommate and tries to encourage him to return to high jumping, all while hiding her true gender.
