Phase 5: A Trip of Determination

They became popular after Bernard's report in the papers. Thus, Angelique receives an invitation from the Organization. On their way, they dropped by at the Melrose Girl's School and a small village. Their popularity is evident as they drew a crowd from both places. One of the child villager ask for Angelique's help to cure her mom who was attacked by a Tanatos. Angelique is unable to do so as she succumbs to pressures from the great expectations from her. She find strength after revealing her memories of her parents with the Orb hunters. The next day she was able to cure the sick woman. They continued travelling until they reach the sacred capital, Celestizamu. Hyuga excuses himself from entering. Two characters appears and observes them from afar.

Spoilers:

The term 'orb hunter' is used. Shouldn't it be Tanatos-hunters as they don't hunt orbs? I noticed this Angelique series has more daring fanservice. Hyuga looks like a shirtless covermodel of some romance pocketbook. Nyx is becoming more and more like a father figure to me. He reminds me of Shurei's Dad (SaiMono). Rayne is becoming the lovable comic relief with his funny expressions. I laughed when I saw him sleeping with a teeny weeny blanket covering just his bare abs. I'm wondering how could JD survive the cold when they reached the capital. Everyone was wearing coats except him. Is he an android?? I thought the flashback is some major traumatic experience for Angelique but that's just it.

Kiskis! My Boyfriend are Mint Candies!- 4 episodes Tang Tang meet guys who each represent a flavor of mint candies. It has a catchy, cute opening. At first there's a different feel on it which I can't pinpoint. And then I realized that they are talking in Chinese! This is my first completed Chinese animation. Well since it was way too easy to finish it. It's 5-minute ONA for 4 episodes. I think this premiered last June 4. But the first Chinese animation I watched is still currently airing (unconfirmed reverse harem), Phantom in the Twilight, which is a collaboration between Japan and China. Oh back to back Chinese reviews after The Flame's Daughter. Is China going to be booming with reverse harem now?

I Have Three Boyfriends kdrama- 10 episodes The story starts with Ra Hee going on a date after another with her three boyfriends. She's frantically trying not to get caught. The drama will unravel how she got herself into this dilemma. This is the first reverse harem I've seen about cheating female main character. Certainly, this is bound to happen in reverse harem. BTW, My favorite boyfriend is the domineering director. It was not believable at first but it got me hooked. The story is milking the coincidences to the hilt. The ending is unexpected and here all along I was under the impression that it's going to be open-ended. Sorry, to keep this review short as it's a short drama with 15 minutes runtime per episode. Anime Review: Kamisama Hajimemashita OVA and Kako-Hen

Kamisama Hajimemashita OVA It consists of two 15-minute-ish episodes. The first episode is based on the manga while the second one is an original story. In the first episode, Tomoe is keeping a secret from Nanami, while in the second episode Tomoe and Nanami go on a trip. It's just appetizers so I recommend watching this first before the main course which is Kako Hen. Kamisama Hajimemashita Kako Hen- ( Kamisama Kiss Past Arc) It consists of five OVAs that were bundled on different volumes. Tomo is afflicted with a curse and the only way to save him is for Nanami to travel back in time.
